The top 20 highest paid players in Italian football have been revealed according to new figures.

Gonzalo Higuain’s €7.5 million per year in wages puts him €1 million above Daniele De Rossi at the top of the list.

Paulo Dybala’s new contract will be announced in a few weeks, and he is expected to be amongst the top earners once it’s signed.

Juventus have ten representatives in the top 20, while AS Roma have four, Inter three, and Napoli two. AC Milan, meanwhile, have just one.
